Does Order Deck work offline?

Yes. Core order entry and local workflows are designed to keep working without an internet connection. Cloud synchronisation and remote administration resume when connectivity returns.

Which devices are supported?

The register is designed for iPad, with Order Deck Admin designed for iPhone. Availability and requirements may change as the app moves through testing and release.

How do I request account or data deletion?

Contact support from an address associated with your restaurant account. We will verify your request and explain what can be deleted locally, from the cloud, or from both.
